Who cares the voice? you didn’t show any performance.!!! poor video sorry
who cares about voice…gees. In general, show map function and performance. Night func and perf.
Hey, just picked an ex display model in the UK for £39.99 from halfords! very pleased with it.
I use the 680, which is nearly identical to the 660, but was the first device to use MSN direct. The 660’s traffic receiver is more accurate and updates faster. I do like the text-to-speech feature, and actually find it hilarous when it I make it recite some of my phone’s text messages using bluetooth (haven’t tried this with iPhone–not sure if would work??). MSN direct is steadily getting better, but still needs work.
James Blunttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG wat song was that!
how much is this gps now? pls. reply asap
I’m actually not sure how much it is. I would say if you commute every day long distances or drive a lot, it may be worth it to subscribe to the traffic alerts as it does work pretty well. Personally, I didn’t think it was worth for myself.
Thanks for your review phototristan. I have a question: I understand that there is a three month trial trafic subscription. How much is it after that? Is it worth renewal of subscription? Watching this GPS in action makes me want to get one! Thank you for posting this.
I’m not sure, I’ve never actually used that mode since I have an iPhone and use that when I’m walking around.
I appreciate the demo of the voices. I’d like to know how the pedestrian mode works on a Nuvi.
though if u want…u can also load it to an SD…just in case the internal memory is all used up…
Thanks.
The unit has internal storage, you don’t even need an SD card!
Thanks “mikecamp6969″, that’s the whole reason I watched this review! Glad you can use it via FM transmitter.
Now, do you just load MP3’s on to your SD card? Prolly a dumb question, but could someone let me know?
Thx
Great review.
Thanks!
Finally, a clear and concise gps review! Thank you!
Great gps .
I am looking for TTS fuction.
Thanks
Ummm dude…. Simply set the Nuvi’s audio output to ”FM Transmitter” and you don’t need wires to play music over your stereo.
Yes it sure does.
Nice. I guess I’ll get the 260w instead of the 200w since it has the TTS. I don’t need all the extra fluff in the higher models.
Hey nice review I like it soon I will get my car and buy one of those
Does it have Spanish TTS?
Great review!!! Thanks!!!
