Sioux City and Dakota Dunes Prepare for Missouri River Flooding
Garmin-1690.com Sioux City, Iowa, and Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, prepare for Missouri River flooding. Volunteers work at the “Sandbag Jam” at the Tyson Event Center to make sandbags which will be used to protect the city’s wellheads and other infrastructure. A UH1 Blackhawk helicopter is air lifting sandbags in South Dakota to the levee being built in an effort to protect the homes in Dakota Dunes. Please remember area residents and volunteers in your prayers as our community prepares for this epic event.
