@FLIGHTSIMEXTREME You have to be sixteen to obtain your private pilot’s license. The only possibility is that at 14 you can begin glider training..

how much would it cost for a 13 year old to get my take the tests and the addon for a turbo prop rating and gear rating, i know i cant get my liscence tell im 17 but i can take the tests and get my hours up for the solo
