Zero the turtle gets two new friends, two Texas Map Turtles. I bought these turtles at a reptile show. I named them Garmin and Eastwood.

i have a turtle now i used to have a bearded dragon but he passed, my turtle is all black and orange stripes along the bottom shell, the other one is black and stripes and yellow on the shell, and its skin in yellow and black stripes, i don know if they are male or female. but would you know what type of turtles they are???

What is the diff beetween texas map turtles and mississippi map turtles? Other then the names? Becuase they look almost exactly the same just diff parts to them but overall they are exactly the same. So if someone would plz tell me.
Missisipi Map turtles are cooler than Texas turtles but mistakenly I meant to say the oh so expensive Black Knobbed Map Turtles.

do they swim?
Well no… I bought two new baby sliders and I have a big slider. At first they didn’t get along and they swim a lot so the big one sometimes swims and the little ones swim with her and she kind of knocks them out and they keep swimming towards her. I wanted to get Missipi Map turtle than texas because in my opinion I think they look cooler then Texas map turtles.
Yup they will. Well only if they are all the same size.
Will Map Turtles get along with Red Eared Sliders?

i got a 5 inch female texas map today for free.
I dont think shes full grown but she looks so different as a baby and a juvenile!
